Depression

We offer a safe space where you can explore your emotions, identify patterns, and develop effective coping strategies. We’ll work together to help you regain a sense of control, reconnect with what matters most, and move toward a more fulfilling life. You don’t have to go through this alone—support and healing are within reach. 

Anxiety

Anxiety is overwhelming, making it difficult to relax, focus, or enjoy life. Anxiety can cause struggle with constant worry, panic attacks, or fear of the unknown. We can help you understand your triggers, manage stress, and develop practical coping strategies. We’ll work together to reduce anxiety’s hold on your life so you can find calm, confidence, and balance.

Build or Enhance Self-esteem

 Negative self-talk and self-doubt can hold you back from fully embracing your worth and potential. Challenging unhelpful beliefs, building self-compassion, and developing a more positive self-image are some tools that you will learn. Through our work together, you can also gain the confidence to embrace your strengths, set healthy boundaries, and live a life rooted in self-acceptance and empowerment.

Life transitions—whether planned or unexpected—can bring uncertainty, stress, and emotional challenges. Whether you're navigating a career change, a move, a breakup, parenthood, or another major shift, it’s normal to feel overwhelmed. We’ll explore ways to adapt, find clarity, and move forward with confidence, so you can embrace new beginnings with strength and purpose. 

Complex Trauma

 Complex trauma can leave deep emotional wounds, impacting your sense of safety, relationships, and overall well-being. If you’ve experienced ongoing or repeated trauma, you may struggle with trust, self-worth, or emotional regulation. Together we'll work to restore a sense of empowerment, stability, and hope for the future. 

Stress Management

As a therapist specializing in stress management, I provide a supportive space to help you identify stressors, develop healthy coping strategies, and build resilience.
